THE WINE DINNER "WHO LIVED"
On a balmy day in September the idea for "Expecto!" was born out of my obsession for all things Harry Potter and my love of a certain fermented grape beverage.
The idea was a 4-course 'House' themed prixe-fixe meal that would transport guests into the Great Hall for an intimate and magical meal that not even 'obliviate' would make them forget.
In just under two months my idea went from thought, to paper, to the digital space. The ending result was nothing less than magical. "Expecto!" was the talk of the 'muggle-world' as it went viral over the inter-webs, with thousands of people clamoring for tickets.
